What we collect
- Menu requests: your name, phone number, email (optional), event type, date and guest count if you give them, and the menu you asked for.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email, the role you are interested in, any message you write, and the CV you upload.
- Messages by WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you choose to send us.
- Visit statistics: counts of visits and pages, with no cookies (see below).
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, send the menu you asked for, plan your event, and, if you agreed, to contact you about your event and relevant offers. Job application details are used only to consider you for current and future roles.
How long we keep it
- Menu requests: until you ask us to remove them.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 24 months, then they are deleted automatically.
Analytics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people use and improve the site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you or follow you to other sites, so there is no cookie bar.
Who sees your data
Our team, and the services that store it for us (PlanetScale for the database, Cloudflare for files, Vercel for hosting). We do not sell your data.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email info@sawingir.com and we will deal with it by hand.
